CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
We operate a self-check-in system and you will receive the key-safe code for Silk Mill Cottage prior to your check-in time. Check-in time is after 4pm on the date of your arrival and check-out time is by 10am on the date of your departure.

All rates and policies are subject to change without notice on this web site. Guests are encouraged to read and approve the cancellation policy, as well as our terms and conditions thoroughly before finalising their booking.
We reserve the right to refuse service. Refunds are not issued for weather related incidents. We strongly encourage all our guests to purchase travel insurance for all eventualities.
OUR RATES
Our pricing structure is extremely simple. We charge a flat rate of £140 per night for 2 persons, plus a one off charge of £40 to cover the cost of cleaning. Additional persons are charged extra at £15 per person per night.
Long stay discount: for stays of 7 days or more we offer a 15% discount off the total cost of your stay.
Seasonal adjustments: Our prices may also fluctuate during major national holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Easter.
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation as long as you cancel at least 7 days before check-in (time shown in your confirmation email). After that, any amounts paid are non-refundable.
